AP 1099  Updated format for tax year 2021

AP Recurring Invoice Added Recurring invoice option. Create first invoice. Then view the invoice and there is a [F10] option for Recurring Invoice. If selected a program comes up to create the recurring invoices Invoices can be created for Weekly or Monthly frequency. Set the start date and the end dates, then the total amount for all invoices.

AP Check Reg Added Positive Pay files for Chase and Encore Banks

AP Open Invoice Report Added csv file creation if the following parameters are met: 1. Status Option = Date-Check 2. Report Option = Date-Aging 3. Detail Option - Invoice Detail. If those options are selected a prompt for a csv file will appear at then end of the option screen.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES

Aged Receivables Reports  Added csv file to the report. File can be opened in Excel and saved as xls file.

Job Summary Report  Added csv file to the report. File can be opened in Excel and saved as xls file.

PAYROLL

Payroll Entry Added Tier levels for California jobs when saving the tax keys for employees.

Check Printing If employee's job data info on check stub is greater than 6 entries then the additional entries can be added to the message portion of the stub by adding @job,@jobhour, and @jobrate in the message area.

Check Printing Message Stub Editting the message stub now allows the editting of each individual line
