FORMATTED 1099 MISC FORM

VENDOR ACTIVITY REPORT  When "APINPR" (allows labor and burden in AP invoicing) is set to (Y)es and "Sort-Option = By-Job" then you are prompted to report on CostCode Types. At this point you can enter in which costcode types you want to report on.

VENDOR MERGE LABLES  Added CSV file creation that can be used with programs such as Avery Design&Print.

VENDOR MASTER LIST - ADDRESS/LIST  Added CSV file creation that includes: "Merchant Name, State, City, Postal Code, 3 Digit Country Code, Street Address, Phone#, Payment Type, Spend Amount, Number of Transactions, Vendor ID, Payment Terms.

CUSTOMER ADDRESS LIST Corrected bug where extra blank pages were printed sometimes.

CHANGE ORDER ENTRY Added "F12= Copy Cost Codes from other job" in the Distribution area.

PAYROLL 941 PENNSYLVANIA   Made csv format changes for submittal to the state.

PAYROLL 941 WASHINTON  Corrected numerical fields in csv format changes for submittal to the state.

CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS FOR LCP TRACKER Corrected field "Gross All Projects".

WASHINGTON STATE SICK LEAVE Added tracking and display of sick leave for employees on paychecks.

DIRECT DEPOSIT STUBS   Added direct deposit amount to Net Check Amount.

DIRECT DEPOSIT EMAIL STUBS   Added Company logo to email direct deposit stubs. Please contact Bob for setup.

MULTILINE CHECK REGISTER Added "Earnings Total" prompt when selecting Single Job. Since the report is a check register when you select single job additional job data will also show if an employee worked on multiple jobs in a week. The "Earnings Total" prompt allows for the display on the Company Totals page either just the sngle job totals or all jobs that were listed for each employee. If "Earnings Total" for "All Jobs" is selected then all jobs will print but totals for just the singl job will print also.
